Did this item work well with your project? What vehicle type are you using this for? Full engine strip to cure oil leaks etc. On start up one oil leak! This oil filter housing adaptor. The problem was, I wasn't sure of torque settings so just made sure and suspect it was overtightened. Now it's drain the oil, refit the oil seal with gasket sealant on it, ensure proper seating and don't over-tighten.
