This is the part that needed to replace the rather ‘gungy’ breather on my V8. It is the correct part for the job. It is just a fire trap and you will need a valve in the line if connecting to the carburettor for positive (suction) ventilation. It does not come with an o ring. This was a slight disappointment as you will certainly want to replace that when you fit this.
