Did this item work well with your project? What vehicle type are you using this for? Received the bottom radiator hose for my SD1 VP and the fit appears to be OK. My concern is the shape where it has to clear the alternator as it does not have enough clearance under the alternator and could cause chafing leading to damage. I am surprised that it does not have an inner spring to stop the hose caving in under hard acceleration. Time will tell.
