Did this item work well with your project? What vehicle type are you using this for? Purchased for GT6 MK3 and I'm very happy with the look and fit. While installing on the difficult passenger side (American), where the bolts are hard to get to, the ground wire fell out. Examination showed that the wire end does not fit tightly into the seat. This could cause poor ground and even completely vibrate loose over time. I soldered the wire into the seat. Be aware and check this out before installation. I knocked a star off of the rating because of this.
