This is a Malpassi Filter King units and it can be adjusted via the domed nut on the top.
It not only saves fuel by controlling the fuel pressure but also collects the fuel contamination without destroying the vehicles performance and reliability.
On tuned, competition or trial cars it smooths out the surging in the fuel so that the fuelpressure is more consistent improving the driveability and performance.
