Triumph TRs were produced in the UK and sold very well. They were also exported across the globe and many of the surviving TRs live on in the USA. The TR3B and TR250 types were originally only sold in North America, as was the beam rear axle version of the TR4A. The 150bhp Lucas-injected TR5 was never sold in North America - they had their own version of this car which was fitted with carburettors and badged TR250.
